Full Job Description

An exciting opportunity has arisen to recruit 3 dedicated, enthusiastic and innovative individuals to join a well established team working as a Trainee CBT therapist across the Hull and East Riding CORE CAMHS Service. (2 x Rivendell House, Driffield Base, 1 x Westend, Hessle base).

  • Join to be part of our highly motivated and skilled team., In this role, you will provide High Intensity CBT interventions whilst undertaking a programme of training which commences in January 2025 (start date to be confirmed) in collaboration with Northumbria University; the post is full time 37.5 hours. This training post will equip you to provide a Cognitive Behavioural Therapy (CBT) service to young people with a range of common mental health problems within the East Riding and Hull CORE CAMHS service, for which CBT is demonstrated to be clinically effective. You will attend taught and self-study days provided by Northumbria University , days to be confirmed. For the remainder of the week you will work within the CORE CAMHS team fulfilling the service based aspect of the training programme. On successful completion of the course you will be expected to seek accreditation with the BABCP.
