Full Job Description

You will take and complete a new finance application, work as part of a team to process finance applications and ensure the process is efficient and as smooth as possible for our customers
Through great questioning, listening and conversational skills you will assess the customers affordability along with their stability and intent, to make a lending decision
You will take ownership and be expected to efficiently handle inbound and outbound calls for our customers, dealers and internal staff members

An effective decision maker, who will actively seek all the information required, demonstrating great attention to detail to come to the best possible conclusion
You must demonstrate our winning attitude value by making mistakes and showing resilience to learn from them, and adapt to our ever changing, fast paced environment
A clear communicator, conveying information in a concise and understanding manner, ensuring customers receive clear and helpful guidance.

A starting salary of £27,009 moving to £35,034.00 after three years, along with an annual company bonus scheme
The working pattern for this role is Monday to Saturday with a day off on either Tuesday or Thursday
