Full Job Description
- Support the Materials Team by assisting Category Buyers and Expeditors to ensure timely delivery of products and services
- Engage with suppliers to confirm delivery dates and track performance, driving continuous improvement
- Learn to manage and update the SAP system, gaining valuable procurement and expediting experience
- Build strong relationships with both internal teams and external suppliers to meet project milestones
- Proactively address supplier performance issues, playing a key role in maintaining delivery schedules
Willing to complete relevant procurement training. - Basic knowledge of Word and Excel
- 5 GCSEs, including English and Maths (Grade 4+); ICT qualification is a bonus
- Full driving license
- Strong organizational and multitasking skills.
- Good communication skills to work with suppliers and teams
- A proactive attitude and ability to work well under pressure
