Trainee Finance Partner

To provide comprehensive financial business advice and information in support of the Director, General Management and Budget Holders. To be an integral part of the Directorate Management teams. To provide financial advice to the senior finance team on a range of issues relevant to the Directorates and the Trust as a whole. To manage and develop finance staff on a day to day basis and deputise for the Deputy Head of Finance when required. To act as finance lead on a range of projects and business tenders. Please note that this post does not meet the pay level required for a Skilled worker visa.Successful applicants with no prior NHS experience would normally be placed at the bottom of the band in line with Agenda for Change. This salary is below the minimum salary required for sponsorship for a Skilled Worker / Health & Care visa.
