Full Job Description

As a Trainee FS Coordinator, you will be trained in all aspects of client service administration, providing support to a growing team of Financial Planners, Para planners and Coordinators. Full training and support will be provided in order to progress into the FS Coordinator role. What You'll Be Doing

  • To deal with incoming post on behalf of the FS Coordinator team and wider business.
  • Supporting the coordinator team with annual review reports including adding relevant information to the CRM system and preparing review pack documentation.
  • Working with the coordinator team to send review invitations and confirmations of meetings via email/letters.
  • Financial Planner activity scheduling and client meeting co-ordination (First Appointments, Presentation meetings and Annual Reviews) and recording such activities.
  • Assisting with new business submissions by completing and distributing internal and external documentation; actively managing the progress of such submissions and ensuring the CRM system is updated correctly.
  • Supporting the team with inbound / outbound queries from both internal and external clients together with third party providers.
  • Involved in ongoing operational and administrative servicing of existing clients specifically preparation of client review reports, issuing recommendation reports and processing withdrawal requests.
  • Liaising with third parties regarding letters of authority; requesting policy information, fund switches and instructing transfers of stock and/or cash.
  • Progress into a FS Coordinator role.
  • Start to build relationships with clients to enhance their experience with IMAM.

    Sector/ Industry Specific:
  • Experience of operating in a regulated environment, especially the Financial Services industry, would be a strong advantage but not essential. Interpersonal Skills:
