Full Job Description

We are seeking a detail-oriented Quality Assurance Inspector to join our team. As a Quality Assurance Inspector, you will play a critical role in ensuring the quality of our products by conducting inspections, testing, and evaluating processes. No prior experience required as full training provided.

  • Responsibilities:


  • - Conduct regular inspections and testing of products to ensure they meet quality standards.

    - Identify and document any defects or issues with products, processes, or materials.

    - Prepare and pack products upon passing inspection ready for dispatch.

    - Collaborate with production teams to resolve quality issues and implement improvements.

    - Utilize administrative and clerical skills to maintain accurate records of inspections and test results, produce invoices & dispatch notes.

    - Communicate effectively with colleagues, management, and customers to ensure quality standards are met and exceeded.

    - Demonstrate excellent organizational skills to prioritize tasks, manage multiple projects simultaneously, and meet deadlines.

    - Utilize data entry skills to accurately document inspection results and quality metrics.

    - Provide exceptional phone etiquette to handle customer inquiries and concerns in a professional manner.

    Strong attention to detail and analytical skills.

    - Experience with microsoft based office systems.

    - Excellent organizational and administrative skills.

    - Ability to work independently and as part of a team.

    - Strong communication and phone etiquette skills.

    - Familiarity with data entry and the ability to accurately document inspection results.

    - Ability to meet deadlines and manage multiple projects simultaneously.

    - Commitment to maintaining high-quality products and processes.

    - No prior inspection experience required as full training given.
