Full Job Description

Reporting to our Sales Manager our Trainee Homeownership Sales Assistant will provide an efficient administrative and sales support to our Sales Team.

This is a busy and varied role where the successful candidate will have the opportunity to support customers during an exciting time in their lives as they join one of our Home Ownership schemes.

Full training will be provided, we are looking for candidates with previous administration and customer service experience and the ability to plan and organise their tasks to meet business needs and SLA's.

What will our Trainee Homeownership Sales Assistant do;

Provide a professional friendly and efficient service to all clients to ensure a smooth sales process and to avoid the potential loss of business.

Deal with all incoming calls and enquiries in relation to Sales and Homeownership queries, providing first point of contact resolution where possible.

Responding to enquires via a variety of channels within our service level agreements.

Accurate data entry across a variety of databases and internal systems.

Organise Sales events, meeting potential customers face to face.

Maintain regular contact with customers and potential customers on waiting lists providing updates.

Communicating with external providers, providing updates on Sales of properties.

Good standard of education. Minimum of five GCSE's or equivalent at Grade C or above including maths and English.

Ability to undertake a range of administrative procedures

Experience of proving effective customer service via a variety of channels in the required Service Level Agreements.

ICT skills, including all Microsoft packages ability to use computerised and manual record keeping systems.

Demonstrate understanding and empathy with the needs across diverse groups and individuals.
