Full Job Description

This post is for a Trainee Internal Auditor. The post holder will be supported through an agreed training programme. The post holder will work towards meeting the requirements of this Band 6 Audit Principal job description and person specification. The post holder will be supported in their professional studies with financial and study support for an approved qualification. Upon appointment, a specific three-year training programme will be agreed., The post holder will be contracted on Annex 21 of Agenda for Change and will be required to: o Undertake and manage an individual, long-term programme of professional training and pass exams in accordance with the professional training schedule set out by 360 Assurance. o Develop competencies in line with the requirements of all aspects of this job description. o Represent 360 Assurance and NHS in a professional manner. o Adhere to policies, procedures, guidance and relevant professional standards at all times. o Engage with and work with 360 Assurance colleagues to deliver and present quality internal audit and consultancy work to clients. An example outlines of the qualification element of the expected three-year training programme is provided in Appendix 2.
