This role will be a dual role between the shop floor and the admin/ call centre. Responsibilities:

• Welcoming customers into store
• Booking in eye tests
• Pre-screening patients
• Providing style advice
• Measuring frames
• Answering & transferring calls
• Optical administration
• Updating & filing records
• Processing invoices
• Sending out correspondence
