Trainee Receptionist / Optical Assistant

Assist optometrists and opticians in providing eye care services to patients
- Prepare examination rooms and equipment for patient visits
- Perform preliminary tests such as visual fields and focimeter glasses
- Educate patients on proper eyewear care and maintenance
- Process orders for eyeglasses, contact lenses, and other optical products
- Maintain inventory of optical supplies and assist with ordering as needed
- Schedule appointments and manage patient records

Excellent attention to detail and accuracy in measurements
- Strong communication skills to interact with patients and team members
- Ability to multitask and prioritize tasks in a fast-paced environment
- Proficiency in using computerized systems for record keeping.
