Trainee and Senior Healthcare Support Worker - Bristol Childrens

As a Band 3 Senior Healthcare Support Worker, you will play a crucial role in supporting children and young people with their healthcare needs. You will work alongside a multi-disciplinary team of nurses, doctors, and allied health professionals, delivering high-quality care in our Tertiary Children's Hospital. Your day-to-day responsibilities will include: · Supporting the clinical team with observations and treatments. · Assisting with personal care and ensuring the well-being of patients. · Providing emotional and practical support to children, young people and their families. · Helping maintain a safe, clean and supportive environment. · Working closely with other healthcare professionals in a team This role is ideal for someone who is caring, compassionate and eager to make a positive impact on the lives of young patients., welfare of children, young people and vulnerable adults.
