Full Job Description

You will be fully trained to the highest standard for undertaking legionella risk assessments, risk assessment reviews, and surveys on a wide variety of water systems (including other risk systems), and this will give you a good understanding of both commercial and domestic water systems. You will be trained to ensure that all risk assessment reports are quality-checked to the required standard before issuing to the client. The risk assessor manager and senior risk assessors will give you the support, and training required throughout your training and when you carry out work as an individual. You will also complete water hygiene tasks when required including temperature monitoring, tank & water heater inspections, shower cleans, tank cleans, TMV servicing & sampling.

Qualifications & experience:

  • Desirable - Previous experience in the delivery of water hygiene service & PPM contracts. Knowledge of HSG274 (parts 1-3) & ACOP L8. Must possess excellent interpersonal skills. Excellent communication and customerservice skills. Excellent report writing skills required and should excel in the use of IT, including the Microsoft Office Package. Responsibilities: Ensure the smooth delivery of all types of risk assessments & reviews. Shadow experienced risk assessors and assist with ensuring all documents adhere to the current industry standards and statutory guidance. To ensure continued high-quality service to customers. Meeting targets and goals as instructed by the risk assessor manager. Ensure all work is delivered in accordance with the Legionella Control Association Service Standards and Code of Conduct. An ability to proactively identify problems and make decisions, taking appropriate action to find resolutions. Ensure KPIs are met on a

    quarterly basis. Ensuring all work is being completed to the highest standard. Always represent the company in a professional manner. Complete other water hygiene tasks where required.
