Full Job Description

  • Creating and delivering 'Service Master' sessions for every area (alongside our other wonderful Retail Trainer Issy)
  • Supporting Operations Managers to deliver Y-Factor roadshows
  • Creating investment training plans & supporting to deliver as required
  • Supporting and delivering with ad-hoc pub team training sessions
  • Supporting the development of our Supervisors & Assistant Managers
  • Promoting and managing Young's' 'Glorious Hospitality' page and bringing it to life in the pubs
  • Working with suppliers to deliver product training sessions
  • Thinking of new brilliant ways to inspire our teams!

  • Experience in a training
    • role, or hospitality management role with proven team training and development skills
  • Ability to work flexibly,
    • pro-active and organised in managing your own diary
  • A bility to build strong
    • relationships within the business
  • Driving license is essential

    Upto £40,000 per annum + annul bonus
