Trainer and Assessor

We're looking for a Trainer & Assessor to join our Transportation team based in Picketts Lock Edmonton. In this role you'll produce and deliver training material relevant to the Highways Maintenance sector covering subjects Streetworks (NRSWA), Traffic Management (NHSS 12D/LANTRA) and Winter Maintenance (City and Guilds)., As a Trainer & Assessor, you'll train and assess the workforce throughout the contract in various other disciplines including manual handling, vehicle marshal, CAT & Genny, small tools and Health and Safety training.

Your day to day will include:

• Ensure all training courses and content are produced and kept updated


• Deliver training and assessment in line with the awarding organisations policies


• Support with quality assurance activities
  
  Traffic Management Experience in NHSS 12AB, D or Streetworks (NRSWA)


• City & Guilds Winter Service Operator Card


• Plant Instructor or Operative Qualifications (CPCS/NPORS/ALLMI/RTITB)


• Site Management Safety Training Scheme (SMSTS)

  Salary: £40,000 - £45,000 per year + £5k annual car allowance + benefits
