Trainer / Facilitator (TLE Facilitator)

This role would require you to work on Monday, Tuesday, Wednesday and Friday, with Thursday being a non-delivery day where you would be planning and undertaking administrative duties. You will also be responsible for the following:

• Enhancing or developing training materials
• Delivering engaging training, which is practical and task orientated, rather than classroom based
• Considering our diverse workforce and adapting your style to meet their needs.
• Liaising with site managers to plan and manage a programme of training and regularly report on progress with senior management
  
  Although a training qualification is not essential, you will need to have administration experience and extensive experience of facilitating training of practical skills and a desire to develop our teams.
You will need to be hands-on, engaging and boast outstanding verbal communication and interpersonal skills. You will equally possess great organisational skills to manage and track progress of our colleagues.
