Trainer - Yellow Shift - Nights

Reporting to the Operations Manager on a day to day basis, you will be responsible for ensuring that HARIBO staff are trained to the high standards expected within a food environment.

You will have key relationships with other departments including but not limited to Shift Supervisors, Team Leaders, HSE, HR, Engineering, Planning and Technical Services.

• Procedures are followed correctly, monitored and updated where necessary


• Hygiene and quality standards are maintained at all times


• Undertaking induction for the new starters in Operations to ensure they fully understand HARIBO policies and procedures


• Plan, facilitate and record effective training to employees in all areas of Operations


• Creation and management of SOPs in all areas of Operations


• Facilitate refresher training employees across Operations, as necessary


• Carry out regular audits of the training procedures and machine training manuals
  
  Previous experience within Manufacturing environment would be beneficial


• Excellent communication skills, particularly verbal skills with the ability to engage employees


• Good eye for detail with the ability to create, amend and maintain records effectively


• Experience of creating training materials, including presentations and written procedures


• Good knowledge of Microsoft Office software


• Able to work to tight deadlines and perform effectively under pressure


• Ability to work individually or as a part of a team
