Full Job Description

We have an exciting opportunity for an enthusiastic, hard-working person in our fast-paced Education Department as a training administrator, based in Chertsey, with occasional travel to other Surrey Trust sites including Leatherhead & Epsom. There is also the potential to work from home 1 day a week. You will receive training to undertake a variety of duties utilizing your experience in all aspects of administration and technical capabilities to provide efficient and effective administrative support to the Education Department., You will be the first line of communication in the department, in respect of queries relating to statutory and mandatory training, including our monthly Corporate Induction. You will provide administrative support to the Training Team and at times the wider Education & Development team. These duties include course administration, training room set up, supporting the trainers with the equipment on the day and dealing with enquiries regarding face to face, virtual and on-line training
