Full Job Description
- You'll register courses with our awarding bodies using online portals and booking forms
- You will place orders for stock, keeping an eye on stock levels for future courses
- You will send documents to delegates ahead of the courses
- You will organise virtual training - booking Microsoft Teams meetings
- You will assist with incoming and outgoing post and any other adhoc duties as required
Team player energy - working in a fast paced and dynamic division - You'll have excellent customer service skills, with experience of administration in a previous role
- You'll be organised and have experience or problem solving
- You'll have knowledge of Microsoft programs such as Word, Excel, Outlook etc.
