Full Job Description
As a Training Administrator within our direct training team, you will be responsible for providing administrative support to all levels of the training team and support departments as well as manage the business unit training systems to maintain quality compliance and ensure the business is audit ready. You will get the opportunity to collaborate and network with internal and external teams to improve ways of working and standardise the administration process. Specifically you will,
- Communicate effectively with others to foster a collaborative environment.
- Able to receive constructive feedback upon completion of tasks or objectives.
- Promote and share team effectiveness across all departments and shifts.Stay informed on the best practices in administration and software applications.
We are looking for someone who is a Team Player with the ability to work to tight schedules and communicate effectively to convey information accurately and efficiently. In addition we need you to have the following: - Previous administration experience within a training function would be preferable, however if not from a training environment, you would have worked in a similar administration position within a busy environment.
- Previous experience maintaining Quality Management Systems or training systems is desirableIT Literate with practical experience in using Microsoft applications (Excel, Word, Visio, PowerPoint, Outlook, and Teams
