Here at Serco, we have an exciting opportunity for a brand-new role as a Training Administrator to join our team. In this role, you will provide secure, effective and efficient clerical/administrative support to the training lead and your day-to-day duties and responsibilities will include the following:
- Coordinate and schedule Training Sessions.
- Maintain accurate training records and databases by inputting data on spreadsheets which will include Excel Spreadsheets.
- Provide administrative support to trainers and trainees.
- Monitor and evaluate training programmes to ensure they meet the DSO and company requirements.
- Develop a good working relationship with current staff.
- To ensure a high level of security and confidentiality is maintained in relation to data residents, and that all information, both written and verbal, is treated confidentially.
- To assist with the organisation and administration of meetings/events, as and when required.
- To attend as minute taker at events, meetings or as required.
- To contribute to the delivery and achievement of all performance measures, contract outcomes and locally agreed targets including KPIs.
- To undertake any other administrative duties that are required which are within your area of competence.
We are looking for an individual with excellent interpersonal and communication skills. - It is essential that you have excellent computer and typing skills and excellent knowledge of Microsoft Office 365 suite and excel.
- You should ideally have experience of minute taking.
- You must have the ability to work flexibly and to prioritise tasks and work to deadlines.
- It is important that you can work well independently as well as part of a team.
- Experience of learning management systems is desirable.
