Full Job Description

  • Regular assessment of our Investment Managers to ensure they maintain competence in all key areas.
  • Supervising new and existing Investment Managers as required, potentially expanding to Financial Planners in the future.
  • Identifying areas of improvement, coaching and development, setting in place and monitoring Development Plans.
  • Contributing to the annual Certification process
  • This role requires a strong, experienced leader who takes pride in getting the best out of people and supporting colleagues to continually strive for the very best client outcomes.

  • Holds CISI level 4 (IAD) or higher.
  • Significant experience within financial services.
  • Experience of Training and Competence within Investment Management/Wealth Management.
  • Supervisory experience.
  • Passion for getting the best out of people.
  • Excellent verbal and written communication skills.
  • Organised, efficient and able to use initiative and drive improvements.
  • Ability and willingness to travel across the UK when required.
  • We would also welcome applicants who have:
  • CII Level 4 Diploma in Regulated Financial Planning (or equivalent)
  • At least 6 months financial advisory experience
