Full Job Description
- Liaise with delivery units/management and to support annual training plans
- Assess training needs for new and existing employees
- Select the most appropriate training methods and activities
- Identify internal and external training programmes to address training gaps
- Ensure training rooms and equipped and ready for training courses
Highly organised and proficient in MS Office - Willing and able to communicate with people at all levels
- Willing to travel between locations
- Administration experience
- Experience in a construction industry environment
