Full Job Description
We are keen to recruit a Training Coordinator to provide administrative support and query resolution for internal departments in order to arrange suitable training for Speedy employees. You will have strong communication skills and be customer service orientated, while maintaining an eye for detail when making training arrangements. At Speedy, we want to help you develop and progress; but we'll need you to demonstrate these skills and attributes for us to be able to support you… What you'll need:
- Liaising with internal customers to identify training requirements
- Carry out departmental admin duties as required - external course bookings, internal course requests, raising purchase orders, organising trainer's calendars
- Diary management
- Manage the TMS system, ensuring records are up to date i.e., courses are closed down and training records are updated
- Keeping the office tidy and well organised at all times
- Identifying any safety risks to the manager
- Completing all administration documents in a timely manner
- Supporting and communicating effectively with the depot team
- Conducting additional ad hoc duties as may be required
- Following all company procedures and policies in company handbook
- Ensuring all relevant training has been attended
- Supporting and communicating effectively with the depot team
- Ability to support your business unit/team to deliver our ESG Strategy - Decade to Deliver.
