CGI is currently seeking a dedicated Training and Development Specialist to join our dynamic and supportive team. In this role, you will have the opportunity to shape the future of training and development within our globally recognized organization. Your primary responsibility will be to gather training requirements through interviews, meetings, workshops, and surveys, and transform this data into actionable insights. You will create effective frameworks for organizing this information, enabling you to present recommendations that enhance our ongoing training and learning strategies.

Your Future Duties and Responsibilities

Conduct comprehensive Training Needs Analyses (TNAs) to identify and understand training requirements across the organization.
Work closely with colleagues to create a detailed training plan that will be delivered through an interactive online learning platform.
Engage with a diverse range of individuals across various business levels to determine effective learning methodologies and craft tailored learning approaches.
Develop engaging training materials across various mediums, including quick reference guides, eLearning modules, Computer-Based Training (CBT), and classroom courses.
Collaborate with team members to ensure training materials align with the overall training strategy. Utilise software to produce high-quality CBT.
Present findings and recommendations to continuously improve training strategies and contribute to a culture of learning and development.

Ability to obtain the highest level of UK Security Clearance due to the secure nature of the program., Proven experience in conducting Training Needs Analyses (TNAs).
Demonstrated expertise in creating and developing training materials in various formats.
Strong collaboration skills to work effectively with team members on training projects.
Proficiency in CBT production using software tools.
Strong analytical skills to turn data from surveys into practical insights.
Desirable Skills

Experience with interactive online learning platforms.
Excellent communication and presentation skills.
Ability to connect with individuals at all business levels and adapt learning approaches to meet diverse needs.
