Training and Development Manager

Your Role As Training and Development Manager, you will:

• Design and implement training programs to enhance team skills and performance.
• Conduct hands-on coaching sessions, webinars, and CPD activities to support brokers.
• Oversee preparation for CII exams, ensuring high pass rates and professional growth.
• Collaborate with Business Development Managers from insurance providers to deliver product training.
• Monitor training effectiveness, adjust strategies, and report outcomes to senior management.
• Stay up-to-date with FCA regulations, ensuring all training aligns with compliance standards.
  
  Proven experience in training and development, preferably within the insurance or financial services sector.
• Strong leadership and coaching abilities to inspire and mentor teams.
• Excellent communication skills and proficiency with training tools and performance tracking systems.
• In-depth knowledge of FCA regulations, CPD requirements, and life insurance products.
• A commitment to professional development and maintaining industry-leading standards.
  
  Competitive basic salary of £38,400 with OTE of £10,000 in performance bonuses.
