Full Job Description
We are looking to recruit a Respiratory Training Programme Director. This will be a fixed term contract for 3 years with a possible further 2-year extension when the 3 years has been completed. This post offers 0.75EMC (3 hours per week) which equates to £7500 Per Annum., TheTraining Programme Directorisprofessionally and managerially accountable to theHead of School.TheTraining Programme Directorwill focus upon improvement of learner supervision, assessment and experience, engagement of faculty and ensuring effective educational outcomes, both now and in the future. The role is evolvingand will also focuson whole workforce transformation and developing multi-professional links., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
