Full Job Description
- The Training Programme Director in Urology (NW) will support the Head of School in the Strategic Development of the School of Surgery.
- The post holder will lead on the development of the School's Recruitment and Retention Strategy and contribute to supporting the School Operational Programme.
- The post holder will be a member of the School Board.
- Please note this is a 3-year secondment extendabletoa maximum of three years, subject to mutual agreement., Work in collaboration with Head of School of Surgery to develop and implement a Medical Workforce Strategy which supports the recruitment and retention of Urology Trainees with focus on the regional education programs., NHS England hold a Sponsor Licence; this means that we may be able to sponsor you providing the Home Office requirements are met. To be eligible for sponsorship through the Skilled Worker route you'll usually need to be paid the 'standard' salary rate of at least £38,700 per year, or the 'going rate' for your job, whichever is higher.
