PLEASE NOTE THAT THIS IS A 6 MONTH SECONDMENT ROLE

Pay Rate: £28,840
Contract Type: 6 Month Secondment
Shift patterns: Monday to Friday
Location: Gatwick, RH6 0JW

PLEASE NOTE: The role is based within an airport. You will be required to undergo a security/background check if you are to be successful for this position.

We're seeking a Training and Resourcing Administrator to play an integral role in our aviation contract, delivering a first-class service and achieving fantastic results.

WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL?

  • To assist the Training Department in the planning and delivering of training courses to new and existing colleagues

  • To improve performance and reduce H&S risk

  • Report and monitor activities, performance as required

  • To ensure full regulatory compliance and liaison with HSE, DfT and various enforcement agencies

  • Communicate planned training with Site Trainers and Colleagues

  • Ensure training records are kept up to date

  • Liaise with Operational managers to ensure staff are available and then released for training courses without causing any disruption to the operation or safety

  • Experience in issuing ID Passes

  • Training and planning knowledge

  • A good understanding, knowledge and experience of Aviation Ground Handling

  • Forward thinker and planner

  • Excellent communication skills to communicate well at all levels

  • Well organised, self-starter and able to work on their own initiative

  • Good IT literacy with a sound knowledge of Microsoft Packages including Word, PowerPoint, Outlook, Excel


  • SECURITY PROCESS TO WORK WITHIN AVIATION AND TRAVEL AT DHL
  • Be able to provide five years address history

  • Be able to provide five years reference history (employment/education/benefit claim/character)

  • To obtain a full airside ID
