Full Job Description

Reporting to the L&D Manager, this role is to be a part of a team whose work is central to the success of business objectives. Working alongside the Partner Learning and Development Consultants, this individual will be providing essential administrative support and helping increase partner performance by driving learning and development activity covering identifying pain points, delivering training and supporting in training projects. On occasion you will travel to customer sites to support the delivery of training.

You will also:

- Build multiple marketing campaigns to advertise virtual platform sessions

- Facilitation and attending strategic L&D meetings

- Produce monthly reports including ROI to the business demonstrating team performances and activity

- Manage, plan, and deliver weekly virtual training sessions on our platform and larger virtual sessions to our network partners

- Utilising a range of data and reports to identify partner underperformance for the team, All postholders will be subject to appropriate pre-employment vetting procedures and a satisfactory Disclosure & Barring Service (DBS) check prior to appointment.

To be considered as Training Support Specialist, you will need:

- Willing to travel to support partners face to face across the UK when required

- Excellent diary management skills

- Ability to manage multiple training plans, projects and daily duties at the same time

- Effective communication, influencing, and stakeholder management skills

- Excellent facilitator capable of consistently and effectively engaging a wide variety of audiences

- Work well in a team but can also work alone and demonstrate a strong self-drive to achieve results

- Experience using Outlook, Excel and PowerPoint
