Transaction Manager

We are seeking a Transaction Manager to join our BMW & MINI Dealership based in Bournemouth to facilitate the delivery of good customer outcomes from the sale of finance, insurance, warranties and additional products.,

• Oversee the sale of vehicles, finance and insurance products to ensure compliance with the Financial Conduct Authority (FCA) rules & guidelines.
• Provide advice and guidance around the sales process to a team of Sales Executives, balancing the need for a good outcomes with sales performance.
• Assist in the closing of vehicle sales and obtaining valuations for part exchanges.
• Complete monthly reporting on finance and insurance sales performance.
• Upskill the Sales Executive team by training in finance and insurance.
  
  Previous Franchise Experience as a Transaction/Business Manager or experience within a Sales Executive or Sales Controller position.
• Comfortable working to deadlines.
• You have a professional approach with the ability to mentor others.
• Strong attention to detail and compliance.
• A team player who can use own initiative and multi-task.
• Excellent customer management skills.
  
  Reporting to the Sales Manager, this role is offered on a full-time, permanent basis and offers an excellent opportunity for an experienced car sales professional who is looking to progress their career.
Hours: 45 hours per week, Monday-Friday with every other weekend off. Salary: £25k basic annual salary with a £50k OTE & Bonus scheme in place.,
