Transaction Reporting BA

To complete the remediation of transaction/trade reporting under EMIR and MIFID for FX and Bonds and to set-up and action the day-to-day reporting and ongoing control processes.

• Remediation of MIFID and EMIR Reporting for FX and Bonds:
• + Validation of population of trades to be reported + Validation of reporting templates + Submission of back-reports and management of any exceptions arising + Documentation of approach + Data quality review
• Establish and perform daily transaction and trade reporting processes for MIFID (transaction and PTT) and EMIR, to include exception management and data quality assurance processes
• Design daily and monthly Management Information reports for the function
• Build, document and perform periodic reconciliations for the function:
• + Daily completeness reconciliation + Periodic reconciliation to Univista + Periodic reconciliation to DTCC and MDP
• Documentation of procedures
• Training colleagues on daily and periodic process
