  • Ensure listing file has contract documentation and correct transaction documentationAccurate processing of deal files from open to closeData and document upload and management on appropriate platformsAgent follow ups for any missing documentationFollow transaction procedure as outlines by Team LeaderTransaction reporting & weekly and monthly outstanding lists of contracts closing for follow upTrack all closings and chase absent paymentsConfirms commissions with other brokersSend transaction documents to lawyers or other parties as necessaryReport outstanding actions and issues to Agents and managing brokerInformation sharing & training on local transaction platformProviding transaction and Agent details or reports as and when requiredAssisting with monthly newsletter
  • How you will grab our attention:
  • AAT preferred or commencedBachelors or undergraduate degree with no experience, or 5 GCSE's including Maths & English + minimum of 2 years experience, or or equivalent work experienceExperience in the estate agency industry strongly preferredFluent in EnglishExcellent verbal and written communication skillsStrong ability to multitaskStrong knowledge of Microsoft Office/Google SuiteAbility to build relationships with agents, conveyors, notaries, Designated Managing BrokerWorks well under time restraints

  • Working Conditions:Remote Location: This position allows you to work from any location with a stable internet connection within the UK. You will need to provide your own suitable workspace and internet access. Sedentary work. Exerting up to 10 pounds of force occasionally and/or negligible amount of force frequently or constantly to lift, carry, push, pull or otherwise move objects. Repetitive motion. Substantial movements (motions) of the wrists, hands, and/or fingers. Work is performed in an office environment and requires the ability to operate standard office equipment and keyboards.Work Hours: While there is flexibility in work hours, you will be expected to maintain regular availability during designated core hours for collaboration, meetings, and communication with the team.
