Full Job Description
- Support multiple priority projects across the EMEA region; manage transaction delivery teams to ensure best practice transaction processes and full compliance with client's internal procedures
- Reviewing the appointment of JLL (or affiliate service providers) and dealing with appropriate cost approvals.
- Manage internal/external parties and legal advisors throughout the project, to ensure excellent service and a competitive deal is secured.
- Co-ordinate the different client internal functions where appropriate (e.g. project management & design, planning/workplace, facilities management, IT, Security and Health & Safety) to ensure all relevant due diligence is undertaken
- Support with tracking of key lease events across client portfolios
- Identify opportunities within the portfolio for cost savings and efficiencies. Anticipated Pipeline of activity that this new FTE would support on-
- 15 new projects for Iron Mountain (to lead directly as a P2-level TM)
- plus 11 assumed projects for Siemens Energy and 10 assumed for DP World along with supporting on new pursuits and growth projects across both clients
- Additional direct revenue that is forecasted is c. £105k for Siemens Energy; £190k for DP World and £100k for Iron Mountain (this is on top of the assumed c £350k from existing BAU transactions, unrelated to contract expansion)

JLL has recently been awarded new business with DP World and has expanded the scope of work with both Iron Mountain and Siemens.
