Full Job Description

The content team, split into two verticals of Editorial and Investment Content, is responsible for strategising, writing, editing, project managing and publishing marketing content, in a variety of formats, across EMEA and NA. They work closely with their partners in local country and segment teams on the content strategy, the project management and the activation of said content., As a Transcreation Manager at Invesco, you will be responsible for managing the adaptation of marketing content to ensure it resonates with local markets while maintaining the integrity of the original message. You will work closely with the global marketing team, local market experts, and external agencies to deliver high-quality, culturally relevant marketing materials that align with Invesco's brand and strategic objectives. Responsibilities will include:

  • Overseeing the transcreation process for marketing materials, including digital content, print collateral, and multimedia assets.
  • Ensuring that all content is culturally appropriate and linguistically accurate for target markets.
  • Collaborating with local market experts to gather insights and feedback on content adaptations.
  • Managing multiple transcreation projects simultaneously, ensuring timely delivery and adherence to project timelines.
  • Coordinating with internal stakeholders, including marketing, compliance, and product teams, to ensure alignment on project goals and requirements.
  • Liaising with external transcreation agencies and freelancers to manage workflow and quality control.
  • Serving as the primary point of contact for transcreation-related inquiries and requests

    Bachelor's degree in Marketing, Communications, Linguistics, or a related field.
  • Proven experience in transcreation, localization, or translation within a marketing context.
  • Strong project management skills with the ability to manage multiple projects simultaneously.
  • Excellent communication and interpersonal skills, with the ability to work effectively with diverse teams.
  • Attention to detail and a commitment to delivering high-quality work.
  • Familiarity with financial services or asset management industry is a plus.
  • Proficiency in multiple languages is an advantage.
  • Strong understanding of cultural nuances and the ability to adapt content accordingly.
  • Proficiency in project management tools and software.
  • Ability to work under pressure and meet tight deadlines.
  • Strong organizational and time management skills.
  • Creative thinking and problem-solving abilities.
