Transformation Business Manager

We are currently hiring at JLR for the position of a Transformation Business Manager. In this role, you will join a fast paced team dedicated to improving our business operating model and future of Global Manufacturing engineering. You will be the centralised point of contact for all cadence, governance, actions and strategy, and your role within the central team will be to determine JLR's integrated business plan for global manufacturing engineering and the governance of it, reporting across the business to vairous stakeholders and actioning accordingly. Key Roles and Responsibilities:

• Develop our Global Manufacturing engineering growth & development strategy for our engineers
• Develop strategic papers in conjunction with the Manufacturing excellence and IO strategic initiatives
• Develop and deliver a strategy for our communications
• Manage budgets forecast, actuals and integrity for Central GME
• Be a single point of contact for multiple GME stakeholders.

  In order to be considered for this role, you will need to have multiple years experience coming from a Business Transformation background. We are also looking for someone who has done this primarily within a manufacturing envinronment due to the nature of the role requirments; this can include industries such as automotive, food, pharmacuticals, etc.
• Strong Business Transformation knowledge and experience
• Knowledge of engineering disciplines such as Electrical Engineering, Mechanical Engineering, Computer Science, and Maths.
• Strong project management skills
• Ability to build and manage multiple internal and external relationships in complex stakeholder environments
• Evidence on team leading skills including workload prioritisation, correct level of technical support, training skills to the team.
