Full Job Description

In year 1, you'll be supporting the Head of Delivery and Change with testing new solutions, training, administration, and communication activity. Supporting the Insight Team to drive a great customer experience by managing surveys, real time customer feedback and reporting.

In year 2, you'll work with the Risk & Assurance Manager helping us maintain our regulatory, legal, and statutory accountabilities and to achieve the highest levels of compliance. You'll work with key areas of the business to identify risk areas and ensure they're properly managed.

As part of your development and to support your career in housing, we'll invest in you to complete an apprenticeship qualification.

We support agile working, so you'll be provided all IT equipment to work flexibly between your home and at our Dartford office.

Your key tasks will include:
Year 1: Transformation & Insight

  • Conducting current and future state analysis of business processes and systems to identify and implement improvements

  • Working alongside Project & Change Managers to support the delivery of strategic projects - contributing to a wide range of project activities including communications, training, testing and other delivery activity as directed.

  • Gathering and analysing relevant business data and customer feedback, using this data to identify opportunities for service improvement.

  • Acting as the Delivery Lead for small scale projects including local business and IT change; helping to scope and plan required deliverables and managing stakeholder communication.

  • Collating data from a variety of sources to conduct accurate and detailed data analysis, using this data to preparing insightful and professional reports.

  • Creating accurate current and future state process documentation, working in partnership with key stakeholders to design and deliver effective process improvement initiatives.

  • Developing and managing a colleague suggestion forum to provide colleagues with an opportunity to initiate change and improvement activities that will positively impact colleagues or customers.


  • Your 2: Governance
  • Embedding more focused governance and assurance across Moat to enable us to deliver great results.

  • Providing support to a wide range of internal groups, teams, committees, and boards, which will give you great insight into decision making mechanisms and an understanding of how Moat functions.

  • Supporting key business areas on the risks/issues they face; making links to identify creative solutions and drive the delivery of the corporate strategy.

  • Maintaining our regulatory, legal, and statutory accountabilities to achieve the highest levels of compliance.

  • Support the introduction of performance standards into the team, to drive decisive actions.

  • Leading on projects such as procurement and roll out of a risk management system, undertaking proactive counter fraud work including data analysis and updating the Anti-Fraud policy, Complete a psychometric test

  • Attend an assessment centre on 30^th September - 1^st October which will include an icebreaker activity, speed meeting with Senior Leadership Team and a team building activity

  • Virtual interview 2^nd - 4^th October

  • Virtual meeting to debrief your psychometric test results

    An undergraduate degree in any subject, achieving a 2:2 or above within the last 3 years.

  • Proficiency in using Microsoft Office.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to multi-task.

  • Good interpersonal and communication skills including influencing.

  • The ability to work independently and as team.

  • The ability to problem-solve and proactively find solutions.

  • The ability to prioritise competing demands, demonstrate flexibility and composure under pressure.

  • Strong attention to detail.

  • Strong creativity and innovation.


  • In addition, the following would be beneficial but aren't essential:
  • Awareness of social housing regulations.

  • Experience of office administration - organising systems, records, and files.

  • Experience of managing a project.
