The Transformation Manager plays a pivotal role in supporting and advising on strategic initiatives within one of Sage's Transformation programs. Operating at a strategic level, they are tasked with driving transformational change at an accelerated pace and overseeing the intricate priorities of transformation initiatives across Sage.

In this role, you'll uphold a Sage-centric, outcome-driven approach, distilling complex strategic concepts into actionable visuals and documentation across diverse functions. With a versatile leadership style, you'll support specific transformation programs, drawing on expertise in project management, change management, and agile delivery. Your responsibilities include designing, implementing, and evaluating programs from conception to delivery, enhancing Sage's Operating Model, and optimizing Ways of Working. You'll continuously monitor progress, providing guidance to project teams and leaders involved in the transformation process.

You must thrive in ambiguous and complex environments, with expert proficiency in project management, change management, and business analysis. Demonstrating advanced skills in creating impactful presentations and transformational documents is crucial. You should excel at distilling complex topics into actionable outcomes, possessing strong communication and independent thinking skills. Superior stakeholder management abilities and a proven track record in delivering successful business outcomes through transformation initiatives are essential. Technical qualifications include certification in Agile Delivery (e.g., SAFe, Scrum, Agile PM), structured project management (e.g., Prince, MSP, PMI), and change management methodologies (e.g., ADKAR).
