More detail about the role The Transformation Team is seeking a team administrator to provide support to the Director of Transformation and diverse team of Project and Programme Managers. This is a varied role with wide ranging responsibilities and we are therefore seeking a candidate who is looking for an opportunity to work as part of a large team, work flexibly to meet the demands of the department and have a keen interest in developing their skills in project management or improvement. A typical day for this post holder might include; organisation for team meetings and away days, supporting with recruitment of new team members, managing the transformation team inbox, updating action and project logs for trustwide projects, and keeping the office tidy. We are seeking an individual with strong administrative and organisation skills, a proactive and flexible nature, and, excellent attention

to detail, Whilst not essential, a keen interest in Transformation and project management would be desirable, and training and coaching will be provided to support their future development. Working Pattern: 37.5 hours per week. Interview Date: To be confirmed. Pay: The salary advertised for this position reflects the Agenda for Change 2024-5 rates, inclusive of a 5.5% pay award implemented from October 2024. If you join before this date, the pay award will be backdated to April 2024 or your start date, whichever is later. Until then, remuneration will be based on the 2023-4 pay bandings (Pay scales for 2023/24 | NHS Employers).
