TRANSITION COORDINATOR Management Allowance (MA) 1 £3,214 We are looking for an inspirational and enthusiastic teacher with a real interest in the provision of quality teaching for all students to join our Inclusion Faculty. As Transition Coordinator, you will have responsibility for supporting and contributing to the school's transition programme for Year 6 into Year 7.
