We're on an exciting transformation journey! In Colleague Success we work closely with our People & Places Centres of Excellence to define and shape a modern, pioneering technology service proposition and you could play a pivotal role. You'll have the opportunity to support the delivery of future technology adoption across People & Places, helping to deliver exceptional colleague experiences which make LBG a place our people love to work. If you're excited about making an impact, then this is a fantastic opportunity to work closely with senior partners from across LBG, to support the delivery of a pioneering transformation agenda. Day to day you'll be;

  • Working closely with the Transition Delivery Lead and Business Design Lead to ensure the successful deployment of Colleague Success Transformation programme.
  • Working closely with the Colleague Success Leadership Team and P&P COO to ensure the team is best placed to deliver on their strategic and operational objectives.
  • Holding the pen on Colleague Success People Plan, coordinating the delivery of activities and events. You'll produce quarterly updates for inclusion in Colleague Success Operational Updates charting our progress against key pillars.
  • Supporting the production of Colleague Success communications, ensuring a golden thread on our collective purpose, ensuring colleagues understand the reason for change and their role in our transformation.
  • Supporting the development of colleague treatment strategies and have the opportunity to work alongside a wide variety of teams including Employee Relations, People Partnering, Organisational Change & Implementation, P&P COO, P&P Exco, and LTC Leadership Team.
  • Using sound judgement and effective working relationships, you'll make decisions on behalf of the Transition Delivery Lead and Business Design Lead, deputising for both when required.

    You'll have strong communication skills - especially visually and through "telling the story", using data to communicate complex messages in an accessible and compelling way. You'll be able to distil sophisticated information and present it in a succinct and clear format.
  • You'll be excited about the opportunities of automation, AI and GenAI and it's potential.
  • You'll use data to inform your decisions, building confidence and momentum as we transform our HR services.
  • We believe that collaboration is crucial, and you'll feel the same. You'll be excited to work with a wide range of colleagues, building effective working relationships with colleagues up to executive level, using keen influencing skills to bring them on the journey with you.
  • Your passion and self-confidence in your own judgement will drive you forward, allowing you to thrive in a dynamic environment and pivot when needed. Your strong organisational skills will allow you to balance multiple priorities.
  • Diplomacy, discretion and trust are key. You'll be supporting sensitive, and complex, programmes of work, where unblocking barriers and defining agreeable ways forward will be key.
