Full Job Description

We are seeking a dedicated Transparency Reporting Support Specialist to join our Compliance team. In this role, you will support the Transparency Reporting Manager in the implementation, operation, and tracking of Takeda's policies, procedures, and systems related to Transparency, in alignment with EFPIA/ABPI/IPHA requirements., Support Transparency Reporting Manager:

  • Assist in the implementation, operation, and tracking of Takeda's transparency policies, procedures, and systems.
  • Ensure compliance in dealings with healthcare professionals, patient organizations, and other relevant third parties.
  • Ensure Disclosure Compliance:
  • Regularly monitor processes and ensure data is reported accurately.
  • Report data to the nominated internal reporting system.
  • Collate and submit data from all relevant sources in a timely manner.
  • Support UK & Ireland Business:
  • Help efficiently and compliantly use internal systems related to Transparency.
  • Provide one-to-one support and training when necessary.
  • Training Delivery:
  • Assist the Transparency Team in creating and delivering training for new joiners and other requestors.
  • Collaboration with European Network:
  • Work effectively with Takeda's European Transparency network.
  • Improve Interaction Reporting:
  • Support the business in enhancing the quality of healthcare professional and entity interaction reporting.
  • Ensure processes are robust and fit for purpose within the company's customer relationship management system.
  • Grants and Donations:
  • Lead the administration of Grants and Donations related activities.
  • Compliance Support:
  • Provide support, guidance, and information to the Compliance Department as requested.
  • Cross Border Engagement:
  • Manage the cross border engagement close out process to ensure timely and accurate data capture.
