Full Job Description

As a Transport Administrator, you'll be responsible for ensuring all daily collections, vehicle condition meets requirements, delivery requirements are met, successfully communicate with all departments on operational issues, support the department in making sure all legal compliances are adhered to.

Objectives for the role:

  • Collecting customer and vehicle information and recording in accordance with GDPR regulations.

  • Ensuring all collections are carried out correctly and inspections carried out

  • Supporting negotiations on site where required

  • Supporting the agents and customers on collection

  • Liaising with payments and finance

  • Supporting customer collections and transport queries

  • Supporting for other business administration where required

    Attention to Detail: The role holder must have a strong attention to detail to ensure that the car buying business process is adhered to, and customer data in gathered / input correctly.

  • High Performance Culture: Have the ability to operate in a high performance, continuous improvement culture, where each individual plays a key part in the business achieving is volume commitments.

  • Excellent communication skills both verbal and written.

  • Experience with MS Office including Word and Excel.

  • Flexible and able to adapt to change quickly.

  • Proven experience within an admin support role, preferably in a fast-paced environment.

  • Strong organisational skills and ability to prioritise tasks effectively, working to tight deadlines and under pressure.

  • Enthusiastic about leveraging new technology to support continuous improvement.

  • Ability to work independently and collaboratively within a team.
