Full Job Description

  • Updating and maintaining all KPI spreadsheets and producing accurate reports
  • Managing Driver tachograph infringements
  • Supporting onsite team with other duties such as investigating stock discrepancies

    Transport administrator experience is a must
  • Excellent organisation skills
  • An understanding of tachograph regulations and working time directive
  • Effective communication skills, both written and verbal
  • Willingness to support and provide help to colleagues

    At GXO, we're looking for a Transport Administrator to join our Heineken in Southampton to join us on a full time, permanent contract. You'll be working 40 hours per week, on a Monday to Friday shift pattern, covering the hours of 10:00 - 18:00. Please be advised you will be required to work 2 Saturdays during December - this is to support business through the peak. Pay, benefits and more:
