Full Job Description

South Staffordshire College is seeking to appoint a Transport Administrator to support the Transport Coordinator on a part time, term time only basis. The role involves dealing with any parental/learner enquiries, any updates or contact with the College's transport contractors and also to advise on any transport issues including learners who have missed their bus.

The role will also cover for the Transport Coordinator on Fridays and the equivalent of one day across the remaining week to be worked as agreed, Friday is an essential working day with the other hours more flexible.

There are also administration duties such as checking the payment of transport fees, keeping up to date with enquiries and also preparing and administering applications for Transport in the subsequent year. The role will be expected to attend some (but not all) College Open Days on a Saturday morning.

Interviews are anticipated to be held week commencing 25th November 2024
