Transport Compliance Clerk

Pay Rate: £26,704 Contract Type: Permanent (Full-Time) Shift patterns: Sunday - Thursday 9am - 5pm Location: Allington - ME16 0LE DHL, an award-winning leading supply chain business is seeking an experienced Transport Compliance Clerk to play a vital role ensuring smooth-running of all transport scheduled activities. WHAT DOES THE ROLE ENTAIL? As part of your normal duties, whilst maintaining excellent health and safety practices, you will

• Ensure achievement of targets for Key Performance Indicators and other required statistics.
• Ensure Fleet Legal Compliance in line with O licence
• Monitor all daily targets and ensure they are adhered to
• Liaise with External Providers to facilitate servicing requirements
• Ensure drivers hours are accurately recorded in line with EU Legislation
• Liaise with External Providers to ensure all service schedules are met and defects repaired and documented accordingly
• Provide support for internal and external audits
