Full Job Description

Admin tasks, including:

  • Order placing / booking

  • Purchase orders / Invoices

  • Processing movements through the company's online transaction system

  • Customs paperwork

  • Managing consumable stock (PPE, workwear, equipment)

  • Scanning and checking proof of deliveries (PODs)

  • Sending paperwork to hauliers

  • Arranging quotes from contractors and suppliers

  • Other general admin tasks


  • Transport cover, including:
  • Vehicle scheduling

  • Assist in analysing transportation data and generating reports to evaluate performance, identify trends, and recommend areas for improvement.

  • Obtaining quotes from hauliers

    Strong analytical and problem-solving skills

  • Excellent written and verbal communication abilities

  • Excellent computer skills (excel, outlook)

  • Previous experience in a transport / scheduling environment

We are currently looking for a Transport & Operations Administrator to join the business to work closely with the Supply and Logistics teams.
