Provide leadership of day to day transport issues, including dispatch debrief and work in progress for the Chilled and Ambient operations at Cullompton.
You will also be required to work closely with our customer to ensure the smooth running of the operation as a whole.
Managing and de-briefing drivers.
Customer relations and a range of associated administrative duties.
Answering all queries via email, phone and face to face.
Assisting in production of KPI's and daily statistics.

Experience of working in a similar role is preferred and you should have a good working knowledge of traffic management systems.
Ability to communicate at all levels.
Strong geographical knowledge of the local area.
Excellent organisational skills and prioritising workload.
Attention to detail.
Working to deadlines.
Solution driven and Flexible approach to your work.
Able to work as part of a team and on own initiative.
MS packages to include, Word, Excel, PowerPoint and Outlook.

Salary from £30,000pa to £32,000pa, depending on experience.
Hours of work are based on 4on 4off rota, from 05:00hrs - 17:00hrs.
