Future You is a genuine admin all-rounder. Fielding customer queries, receiving or dispatching packages, or planning routes. If it's variety you're after, you'll love being our Transport Planner at Dewsbury and helping everything here run efficiently.

    What you'll do:
  • Working an advantageous shift of 12-21.00 allowing you to take more ownership of your day before work

  • Be a point of contact for various UPS departments

  • Planning routes for our colleagues in charge of delivery

  • Ensuring cost-effectiveness of overall transportation

  • Maintain our relationship with subcontractors in achieving target goals

  • Action changes of addresses; future deliveries of packages and ensure packages available for pick-up


  • What you'll need:
  • Polite, professional confident communication skills

  • A flexible and friendly attitude

  • The ability to work in a fast-paced, time-specific and targeted environment

  • Working knowledge of Word and Excel

  • Self-motivation, a well-organized approach and the ability to work well as part of a team

  • Any experience in a similar environment would come in handy
