Full Job Description
We have an exciting opportunity for Clinique Sales & Education Coach based in London Heathrow Airport. This role will report to the Sales and Education Executive (SEE). This role closely collaborates with the Regional Education Manager to ensure consistent service and enhances productivity and sales in the designated airports. The Sales & Education Coach is instrumental in driving sales and advancing our advisors through in-store coaching strategies, partnering with SEE & REM to pinpoint key areas for focus and growth. They also exemplify the brand/s visions and strategies. The main role responsibilities are as follows:
- Coach, motivate, and evaluate team performance based on KPIs.
- Collaborate with the Counter Manager to identify and address training needs.
- Develop and maintain in-store education plans for advisors.
- Coach new Consultants and review their progress.
- Follow up on classroom and virtual training initiatives, including eLearning content.
- Facilitate core education programs and identify local education opportunities.
- Conduct training for promotions, events, and high-traffic moments.
- Support and organize in-person seminars and maintain training trackers.
- Mentor teams to meet sales objectives and host on-counter workshops.
- Provide ongoing coaching, including social media engagement, and track event sales performance.
