Full Job Description

As a valued member of our UK Contact Centre team, you'll be at the heart of our customer experience, handling emails, live chats, and online booking enquiries with professionalism and care. Your role goes beyond answering queries-you'll play a key part in creating bookings, building relationships, and ensuring that every interaction reflects our commitment to outstanding service. By following our tailored sales framework and maintaining a focus on quality and service, you'll help drive commercial growth that aligns with our business goals.
Working closely with a supportive and dynamic Sales team, and collaborating with other key departments, you'll contribute to reaching booking targets and exceeding performance expectations. Your passion for delivering exceptional customer service, combined with a proactive pipeline and a focus on meeting and exceeding targets, will be the key to your success in this fast-paced, rewarding environment.
Work Pattern: This role is full-time, 37.5 hours per week. You will work on a rostered basis, covering Saturday shifts (about 15 per year), you will also work 1 late shift per week working 10:45am - 7pm. During our busy peak period Jan-March, you will work occasional Sunday shifts. Our office is based in central Surbiton and we offer hybrid working, with 2 days per week in the office.
What you will be doing
+ Responding to sales enquiries from email and live chat. Occasionally, you may be required to sell by both inbound and outbound calls, where demand requires
+ Working to and achieving sales and performance targets
+ Processing bookings from enquiry level through to taking a deposit
+ Booking flights on a GDS system
+ Offering great customer service at all times
+ Demonstrating your travel expertise to our loyal customers

+ Proven Sales Expertise: You have a track record of success in sales, consistently hitting and exceeding targets in previous roles. Your drive and determination make you a standout performer.
+ Passionate About Travel: With a love for adventure and impressive geographical knowledge, you're always eager to explore new destinations. (We want to hear all about your personal travel adventures-be sure to include them in your CV or application!)
+ Tech-Savvy Problem Solver: You're comfortable navigating MS tools like Teams and Outlook, with experience in booking systems. Familiarity with a GDS system like Amadeus or Galileo is a huge plus.
